How to do it
Pick a quiet Saturday or a slow weekday morning. Take them to your office, your shop, your job site, wherever you work. Show them your desk or your station. Introduce them to one coworker by name. Explain what you actually do — in real words, not 'I work on a computer.' Coffee on the way home. The point isn't recruitment. The point is they see you.
