How to do it

Buy or borrow a copy. The pact: one chapter a night, no matter how short. Read it out loud to them even if they can read solo — the cadence matters. When you hit a word neither of you knows, write it on a sticky note and slap it on the fridge. By the end of the book the fridge looks like a vocabulary wall.
