How to do it
Buy a kids' poetry anthology (Shel Silverstein for younger; Mary Oliver for older). Each morning that week, read one poem out loud over breakfast. Two minutes of 'what did you notice?' Then everyone goes to school and work. Don't make it precious. Don't quiz them. Just do it.
