Write and mail a letter to a grandparent
Three sentences. Real envelope. Real stamp. Walk it to the mailbox together.
45 min ages 6–12· Outdoor· Screen-free
How to do it
Help them write a real letter — three things they want grandma or grandpa to know about their week. Draw a picture if they're young. Show them how an address is structured (name, street, city, state, zip). Stamp it. Walk to a real blue mailbox together. Two weeks later, when the reply comes, it lands harder than any text ever could.
