Teach them to crack an egg

How to do it
Get six eggs and a bowl. Show them: tap on the counter, not the bowl edge. Two thumbs in the crack, pull apart, drop. Let them do all six. Don't fish shell out for them — show them how to use the half-shell to scoop it. Then cook what they cracked: scrambled eggs is the obvious move.
